In a survey conducted by Careers360, IGNOU and SMU emerge as the top distance education institutes in India

IGNOU has been ranked as the best distance education institute in India, while, Sikkim Manipal University(SMU) gets the top honour in the field of results & teaching Efficiency.

SMU also got a pat on its back for its PPP model that works & the use of technology to enhance interactive learning through EduNxt, Internet based learning delivery system. IGNOU walked away with the honour for resources and reach, while IMT Distance and Open Learning Institute was declared the best in the field of learning and experience.
