National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2011

THE UPSC will hold the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2011 on 17th April, 2011 for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of NDA for 127th Course and for the 89th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) Commencing from 30th December, 2011.
  • Conditions of Eligibility:
    • Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:
      • Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1993 and not later than 1st July, 1995 are eligible.
    • Educational Qualifications:
      • For Army Wing of National Defence Academy:- 12th Class pass of 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
      • For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of the Indian Naval Academy:- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
    • Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2011 as given in Appendix-V of Commission’s Notice for the Examination published in Employ News/ Rozgar Samachar dated 16th Oct, 2010.
